As the RTO Manager for Response Learning, a private training organisation specialising in manufacturing and leadership training throughout Australia, and a former TAFE Queensland business improvement and compliance manager, Carolyn is in a position to look at VET challenges from both the public and private perspective.

With a Masters in Public Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce degree and vocational qualifications in competitive manufacturing, Carolyn brings to the table significant organisational, stakeholder, risk management, quality assurance, systems and business improvement leadership.  Carolyn has received recognition for her research on Business Improvement Frameworks and Project Management methodologies from Flinders University and is a project and change management mentor, coaching also in RTO compliance and QA systems improvement.

Carolyn joined the Committee in May 2013 to ‘learn more from the experts’ and assist VETIG in leading the vocational training industry through an ever-changing and challenging environment.
