Diane’s experience is extensive and encompasses all facets of training and development. Her career has included field instruction, technical training, design and development of training programs and management responsibilities within the Defence Force, commerce, blue and white-collar industries and not-for-profit organisations.

During the past fifteen years, Diane has concentrated on the human resource development of personnel in large national organisations based throughout Queensland. In May 2001 she joined OSA Group as the Qld Training Manager setting up and managing the RTO for the entire national organisation.

In Mar 2005 she rejoined the full time Army and designed, developed and delivered the TAA course for all Army trainers and assessor, and in Jan 2005 took over as the AQTF Auditor for all Army Training Establishments.
